过客1977Strolling around Granollers This is probably the most boring city I have ever visited, close to Barcelona. I walked around the city and didn't find anything special to recommend. Granollers is a municipality in the province of Barcelona, in the autonomous community of Catalonia, Spain. With 61,983 inhabitants, it is the capital and most populous city of the Oriental Valle region. Calle de Corró is home to the old Hospital de Santo Domingo, now the Sala Francesc Tarafa, a restored example of Gothic architecture. Granollers lives on trade and industry. But in the south of the term, the Palu region still retains an agricultural area. Among the gastronomy of Granollers, the most important is the Fork Breakfast (Esmorzars de Forquilla), a tradition in various places in the city and the region. Tradition says that on Thursday (market day in the city), farmers, merchants and customers gather to satisfy their stomachs while eating breakfast. On the other hand, you can find El Rajol de Festa Major, the typical sweet of the city since 1994. This sweet is made of puff pastry, cocoa cream and filled with truffles and hazelnut pralines.
